    Shipping

Most of our products are available in store for pickup only. Due to recent postage delays in Australia – we always recommend arranging to pickup your order instead of arranging for postage.

An item as large as a hoodie may incur a $15 postage fee.

An item as small as a voucher or a piece of jewellery may incur a $6 postage fee.

Orders of $200 or more are eligible for free postage.

    Returns

All physical items are inspected thoroughly by our team before they are sold and leave our stock.

Orders that are picked up from our studio by the buyer – are deemed undamaged upon pickup and therefore cannot be returned or replaced on the grounds of damages.

Orders that require delivery may become lost or damaged in transit. Items that are damaged during transit may be returned to Rogue Ink at the buyer’s expense.

    Replacements

Items that have been damaged during transit to the buyer – and returned to Rogue Ink – will be replaced by Rogue Ink at no extra cost to the buyer. Postage of replacement items will also be paid for by Rogue Ink.

All undamaged and unworn physical items may be exchanged for any item with equal value. This includes exchanging an item for the same item in a different size.

As per our Refund Policy – physical items that are eligible for replacement – are only allowed a refund if a replacement item is not available. Store credit may also be given to the buyer in exchange for the returned item.
